Where the gaps usually show up

Retyping between systems

Retyping between systems

Your team copies the same order, customer, or claim from one screen to another every day.

Tools that don't talk

Tools that don't talk

Sales can't see what's in stock, and accounting finds out last.

Reports built by hand

Reports built by hand

Someone exports, pastes, and fixes the numbers every week before anyone can use them.

Outsiders kept out

Outsiders kept out

Customers and partners send forms and updates by email because they can't see their own records.

What we build

Each piece works from your ERP data instead of beside it.

Customer and partner portals

Customer and partner portals

A place where customers, suppliers, or authorizers see their own records and send what you need. The Authorizer Portal OTs use is one we built.

Staff tools and dashboards

How a project works

1

First meeting

You show us the work and the screens your team uses now.

2

Scope and quote

We write down what we'll build, in what order, and what it costs.

3

Screens and data

We plan the screens and how they connect to your ERP before we write code.

4

Build in phases

You see working software early. Phases are planned in the written scope.

5

Test on real work

Your team tries each phase on real work before it goes live.

6

Host and support

We host it on our own servers in Ontario and keep improving it after launch.

Common questions

It depends on what you need. After the first meeting we write a scope that breaks the work into phases and sets the timing for each, so you see working software early.
Every project is custom, so there's no price list. We quote after the first meeting, once we understand the work, and the quote is part of the written scope.
Yes. We can connect to what you use now, or pick up an app someone else built. We look at it first and tell you plainly whether to build on it or replace it.
That's normal. Because the work is built in phases, we can adjust the next phase once your team has used the last one.
Yes. You get business-hours support from the developers who built it, plus fixes, updates, and new features as the business changes. Hosted clients also get an emergency line.
Yes. Most of what we build works from Odoo data. We also connect to outside software, such as shipping carriers and payment terminals.
