The problem

The office finds out late when field work runs on paper and phone calls.

Someone then types it all in again. A mobile app tied to your ERP puts the job, the customer, and the paperwork in one place for the field and the office.

Jobs

Photos

Sign-offs

Stock

What a field app can include

We build only what your project needs. These are the pieces that come up most.

Notifications

Notifications

Alerts when a job is assigned, changed, or ready for pickup.

Offline use

Offline use

Keep working with no signal. Changes sync when the phone reconnects.

Secure sign-in

Secure sign-in

Face ID or fingerprint sign-in on supported phones, with access limited by role.

Payments

Payments

Collect a payment in the field through the payment provider you already use.

Same data as the office

Same data as the office

Jobs, customers, and stock come from your ERP, so nobody types anything twice.

Reports for the office

How we build an app

1

First meeting

We learn who will use the app, where, and what the office needs back from them.

2

Scope and quote

We decide what belongs in the app and what stays in the ERP, then quote the work.

3

Screens

We sketch the screens and check them with the people who will use them.

4

Build

We build it cross-platform and connected to your ERP, in phases planned in the scope.

5

Field test

A few of your people use it on real jobs before it goes to everyone.

6

Roll out and support

We roll it out, support it during business hours, and keep it current as phones and your process change.

Common questions

It depends on what the app needs to do. We plan the phases and timing in the written scope after the first meeting, and your team tests early versions on real jobs.

For most business apps we build cross-platform, so one app runs on both iPhone and Android. If your project needs something only a native app can do, we'll say so in the scope.

Every project is custom, so there's no price list. We quote after the first meeting, once we know who will use the app and what it needs to do.

Often a phone-friendly screen in your ERP or portal does the job, and it's less to build and maintain. We recommend a dedicated app when the work needs one, for example when crews work without a signal.

Yes. The apps we build read and write your ERP data. If you run other software too, we look at connecting it while we write the scope.

Yes. We fix issues, keep the app working through phone updates, and add features as your process changes. Support is during business hours, and hosted clients also get an emergency line.
