Fusion Connect embeds a full RingCentral softphone directly into your Odoo interface. Click to dial from any record, log call history automatically, store recordings with transcription support, and access call analytics from a centralized dashboard.

Installation

To install this module:

1. Download the module files
2. Copy to your Odoo custom addons directory
3. Update the app list in Odoo (Settings → Apps → Update Apps List)
4. Search for "Fusion Connect" and click Install
