3. Receive Calls in Odoo
Incoming calls trigger a pop-up with the caller's matched contact record. Answer, view their history, and take notes -- all without leaving your current screen.
4. Everything Logged Automatically
When the call ends, Odoo creates a call log entry linked to the matched partner. Duration, direction, timestamp, and user -- all captured without lifting a finger.
